ARYA MARKETPLACE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Arya Marketplace, we are committed to building trust in wholesale e-commerce. This Return and Refund Policy ensures a clear and fair process for resolving buyer concerns, while supporting the unique dynamics of bulk trade in Nigeria and beyond. 

2. Key Principles 

  • Free returns on eligible orders delivered within Nigeria. 

  • 3-day return window for local orders; 7-day window for international orders. 

  • Refunds processed within 48 hours of item retrieval. 

  • Full refund including shipping cost for eligible returns. 

  • Custom, perishable, and used goods are non-returnable. 

3. Return Eligibility 

  • Wrong item delivered 

  • Item is defective, damaged, or counterfeit 

  • Change of mind (within return window and original condition) 

  • Item not as described 

  • Returns are only valid for orders made through https://arya.market. 3rd party purchases are excluded. 

4. Non-Returnable Items 

  • Customized/personalized orders 

  • Used, damaged, or altered goods 

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, plants) 

  • Orders outside return window (3 or 7 days) 

  • Clearance/final-sale items 

5. Return Process 

  • Go to Returns & Refund section on our website/app 

  • Email: support@arya.market 

  • Call the hotline listed on the website 

  • A delivery agent will contact you for pickup within 1–3 business days in major cities (Lagos, Abuja, PH, etc.). 

  • Two pickup attempts will be made. Returns can also be dropped off at authorized stations. 

6. Refund Details 

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method 

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of return pickup confirmation 

  • Bank processing times may cause delays up to 10 business days 

  • Returns made after 3 days (local) or 7 days (international) may qualify for store credit only 

7. Conditions for Free Returns 

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging 

  • All accessories, tags, and seals must be intact 

  • For change-of-mind returns: seller approval may be required for bulk goods 

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping if returning after the window 

8. Bulk Order Exceptions 

  • Product type and inventory cycle 

  • Minimum Return Quantity (MRQ) 

  • B2B contract or pre-sale agreement clauses 

9. Quick Refund & Cancellation 

  • Orders canceled within 2 hours of payment and before shipping qualify for instant full refunds. 

  • Store credit may be issued for late cancellations or partial returns on bulk orders.
