You may return an item if:
The item delivered is faulty, damaged, or defective
You received the wrong item or model
The item is in its original condition, unused, and returned within 7 days of delivery
The item includes all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase
Items returned without original packaging or signs of use may be declined or attract a restocking fee.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or activated software (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus keys)
Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect
Products returned after 7 days from delivery

To request a return:

Return the item through a verified courier or drop-off at our office
