Payments made for Turkish curtains and fabric materials are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued after an order is confirmed and processed. This policy ensures product quality and fairness, as fabric-based items cannot be resold once handled, cut, or tailored.

If an incorrect or damaged item is verified, Moses Nkwor Enterprise may offer a replacement or store credit as a goodwill solution.
