Due to the nature of our products, Dozzylink Stores maintains a strict no return policy.

All fabrics and textile materials are cut, measured, or customized per order, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review fabric descriptions, colors, textures, and measurements before placing an order. In cases of wrong or damaged delivery, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receipt for possible replacement at our discretion.
