Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. All payments made for products including the babies sleeping nets and related items are non-refundable.
This policy is in place due to the hygiene and safety standards of baby products as well as our commitment to maintaining product integrity for all customers.
However, if a product is damaged, defective or not as described upon delivery, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt. After verification, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate solution to our discretion.
