💰 Refund Policy – Snapnet Limited

At Snapnet Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below:


🔁 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was cancelled before shipping

  • You returned an eligible item in unused and original condition, within the allowed return window

Note: Items must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).


⏳ Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer after return confirmation.


❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Items returned after the return period has lapsed

  • Software, digital products, or items with broken seals (unless defective)

  • Customized or special-order items
