Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
If the item has already been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
If payment has been made and the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.
Snapnet Limited reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock or discontinued
Payment is not completed or verified
Suspected fraud or misuse of our service
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and refunded in full where applicable.
